Once the study design has been finalized, our experienced team sets up the study database individually – suitable for both clinical studies and large-scale registries. The software is validated, meets the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11, and complies with GCP and GDPR regulations. The servers are securely hosted locally in Germany.

The EBogen® system focuses on intuitive usability, integrated data validation, and a clear presentation of status reports. The data is available for analysis at any time. If required, we can integrate randomization tools, and multilingual support is of course available. The database can be conveniently accessed via the internet without the need to install a separate client.

Before the study begins, a test system is provided in which all participants can check the operation. Each user receives individual access with customized access rights. We implement change requests during the study in a flexible and uncomplicated manner.
